Our Story
In early 1992 Mohammed Souaiaia, a former graduated in political science from UW, established a company specializing in gourmet foods known as
Select Gourmet Foods in Seattle. He became specialized in meat distribution in the late 90s. In 2019 Select Gourmet Foods became a distributor of Cyrus Saffron to restaurants around the Puget Sound. Soon both company started thinking of a joint venture. In 2022 Select Gourmet Foods changed it's ownership under Darush Amiri and they found a new company under the name FOODIACHI.
